PhD Student in the Elliott Lab
Jason joined the Elliott lab in August 2024 following the completion of a post-baccalaureate program in the Department of Biological Sciences at the University of Pittsburgh. He has held several positions in freshwater research and science outreach programming. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science with a concentration in Ecosystem Studies from Binghamton University (SUNY). In his free time, Jason enjoys hiking, dreaming of having taking care of his pet guppies, vermicomposting, and photography. Jason's research will focus on the intersection between Urban Ecology and Ecosystem Ecology in remediated watersheds through stable isotope analyses.
